It is recommended that nipples be free from any product before breastfeeding to ensure a proper latch. If nipples are sore, rub an ice cube just before feeding to cool, numb and stiffen nipples to encourage a proper latch.

This product contains calendula extract, which is deep orange in colour. To avoid staining, please allow it to fully absorb into your skin before coming into contact with textiles. Patch test on a small area on the inside of your arm first. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
